One of the ways Muslims are planning on ruling the world is by "bloodless jihad." They will get to the place where they will have so many Muslims by reproducing and by immigrating that they will be able to influence legislation at the local and then at the national level. They will be able to rule local areas by sharia law and in time rule countries and then the world if things continue as they are.

Meanwhile, they are bound by their religion to kill off those who disagree with them but at times it is politically expedient to just take over by breeding and moving in.
