It looks like you all had a ton of fun. I'm so glad! And it looks like it was probably VERY noisy in there, eh? LOL!!

I have to tell you tho, the sad, sad eyes on several of these little ones is just breaking my heart. Not that they don't look happy with their toys. Just that they look like they've already experienced way too much sadness and pain in their few years.

We leave it parked at my house that way all the boys can come play with it...these kids said, Grandma, can you imagine someone wanted to send their truck to us!

Yesterday we had cakes, candy and other pastries for them...we played games...I even got in the ball game!

Next Sunday will be a special Sunday for the children besides one more Sunday of special things we are going to dedicate at least one hour for services geared toward the need to know the living God...most of our schools pray Catholic prayers so thee is much teaching that has to be done for these little ones to understand the difference in pagan gods and the REAL GOD.

What a blessing Sis Alvear.

It is so exciting to see the pictures of what is being sent.

I know for the longest time my children watched for pictures of the little dresses they hand picked for the little girls.

I guess you didn't have time to put those pictures on here, or maybe I missed them.

I remember sharing that story with my husband when he was in Iraq.

Our kids were so happy to go on a shopping trip with me, and buy new dresses to send to the little girls over there.
I believe there were about 15 (maybe more) but somehow we managed (with the help of the mail clerk) to get them all in that little box, to help with the postage.

Again, what a blessing!

I think I put them on here I will try to look for the thread....love you and your help is greatly appreciated. In fact I saw some of those dresses on some of the kids the other day. I am at a clinic on their internet. I will have to look at home. Love you dear friend.
