That's such hogwash.
First of all, all over this country,
submitting false and invalid voter registrations is a crime.
But furthermore, let's look at the intention here: The intention when signing up dead people is so that others will be able to vote under the name of those people. Thus it is
attempted voter fraud at the very least, because voter fraud is clearly
the intent.
