We don't allow name calling, so admin (someone other than Prax) banned him for 7 days. The system didn't work. So, Prax checked the system and tried and it still didn't work, then he went ahead and manually banned him for 14 days.

NLYP posted again calling Prax a moron and go ahead and give him 30 days. So, we will be doing that.

It's one thing to say, "I believe, or it's my opinion that you are wrong on this issue, or - I do not agree with you, and think you are wrong, or - I think your opinion is incorrect, etc".

Any thread that speculates on gossip or rumors is in poor taste, but not necessarily a personal attack. Those are left up to the judgment of the other members and admins.

Here's an example:

BREAKING NEWS - JP is banning people. Not necessarily an attack against a "person", and is generally resolved by other members who are connected with the forum.

Here's one that would be deleted immediately:

BREAKING NEWS: Bro. Soandso is a CHILD MOLESTER
Unless there was a news story that was public domain that could be referenced in the post, its a safe bet that this one would be removed immediately.

So what I gather you are saying is absolute truth is a defense so if he could somehow prove Prax is a moron ???
