I have never been able to increase the quality of video once it has been shot. I've tried everything before. If you decrease the resolution, you eliminate the pixelation. I normally use 30fps, bit rates of 500 or more, I think. I use Final Cut on a MacBook Pro. I have finally gone to a high def video camera which gives me, IMO, incredible video quality compared to what I was using. I now have the inherent quality I want and can anywhere from there.
