Unkept is more like it. If you are seeking to look like an old Jewish tourist then have it. Or if you like the look of "Bum Life," then whatever. Business attire or suit and tie are still the all-around look for someone who wants to be taken seriously. Down here in Fort Lauderdale and Southern Florida we have more then our share of the dirty feet and B.O. "BUM on THE COUCH" preacher look.
