Palin is a normal human being who happened to be in a towel trying to get ready for a meeting and appears to have passed by while the staffers waited. On the road, in a hotel, small space, lack of privacy. Could happen to anybody. Has happened to me on group trips. Inadvertent. Circumstantial. Mountain over a molehill.
