Doesn't the UPC require UPC licensed ministers to seek permission from local UPC pastors before ministering in their cities? Do you think David Bernard gave Tenney permission to preach at Promiseland?

Bro. Phillips preaches Acts 2:38 as hard as any UPC Pastor I know....

Yup. Acts 2:38 all the way. Who needs the cross? Trinitarians preach about that after all!

Bro Tenney was the Supt. of Louisiana for several years. I'm sure he admonished the men in his district to be ethical and abide by the rules of the fellowship.
