According to the manual...........
you're supposed to inform the Dist Supt if you want to preach for a man that is "under question"
now how you know who is or isn't under question is a whole other story...

Wrong.
You aren't supposed to preach for a man under question, period. No call, no nothing. That gets flouted often enough, but it is the manual.
You are supposed to check with the presbyter if you are preaching for a church pastored by a non-UPC minister.

you CAN get permission to preach for a man under question from the Dist Supt.

If you don't want to go by the rules, why not just go independant?

Elder TF Tenney,has been in the UPCI. along time I seriously doubt anybody would question him about getting invited and him preaching anywhere.

Well let me rephrase this,I don't see him getting into trouble,with the powers that be for his preaching in other places.

I have heard him at several UPCI churches,I think the last place was here.
