That saying, sir, has just been copied and pasted into my awesome quotes file.
(I think it was a great quote as well. )
So Stew, I see you have a "quotes" file too, huh? Interesting. I've never known anyone else who did that.
I really liked that jokes thread you started up a few weeks ago. If you feel like starting a favorite quotes thread, feel free; I might have a few good ones I can contribute from my collection.

Daniel 12:3 And those who are wise shall shine like the brightness of the firmament; and those who turn many to righteousness, like the stars for ever.

That's funny TR. We think alike. I came real close to starting one last night. I'll give it a whirl. I have more in my office than I do at home so I may have to wait a little while to post most.

Lisa--
Hang in there, girl! You know what you believe and no one is going to shake you from it. You can be an example of God's love in whatever church He leads you to attend. You can bring people into more truth than they've seen. There are good Godly people in most every church - most of them are doing everything they know and have been taught.
Instead of blasting people from other denominations, maybe we should spend time thanking God for His mercies in showing us the truths that we have. And THEN....ask Him for whatever truth He still hasn't revealed to us. There are some, you know, but most people on here wouldn't agree with that. NO ONE HAS ALL TRUTH.

That is correct! Problem is, people think that they do... (especially Apostolics) so they stop searching and growing.
FB, I think it's great what you are doing! My husband I have have been attending a non-UPC church for awhile now and it's been absolutely refreshing...the worship is pure, from the heart. This is a group that speaks in tongues and worships much like the apostolics. There's no fashion show either...I don't have to worry about how nice my clothes are or are not.

Pretty cool how they do that? Focus on God.

Are they trinitarian or oneness? Or does that even matter anymore
