Rico got upset that she was banned for the actions of her husband, and without any asking the admins why in PM, acted out in public, didn't wait around for the explanation or solutions to the problem, and left in a huff.
We could have worked with Tina if she was willing. This requires a password change and her explicit promise NOT to give Rob access to her account.
