I've Decided I Should Not Wear Shorts
After much thought and consideration, I've decided that I should not wear shorts because
It's COLD!

I see people walking around with shorts on, yet they are wearing coats or jackets. I guess they have HOT legs.

I see that and laugh. I figure if I am going to put on shorts it better be warm enough I do not need a jacket
