If there was nothing wrong with it then it should be no problem.
the pastor would have just said something like " O that's cool" or
something similar. Some pastors don't mind if musicians play for
other churches when they are not having service. Sometimes they
even do it for extra money. Other pastors feel this is disloyal or
have other churches that are "off limits".
No one likes a snitch, but that's for the pastor to recognize and
correct.
