Please try not to read more into this post than there is, it is a general question and not directed in reference any one individual.
Is it not possible to be a good man or as you said "one of finest men to ever walk in shoe leather" and still be incorrect on doctrine?

See questions one and two.
It grieved my heart to read what was being said.

Re: Apostolic or Not?
If I preach that I believe Acts 2:38 is the only method for a person to be saved, and then have trinitarian preachers fill my pulpit, I have basically discredited my word by doing so. There is a certain uncertainty in the sound when one thing is preached, and another practiced. Wouldn't you agree?

So is that what KP has been accused of?
And therefore since his word has been "discredited" it is no longer truth?
Interesting.

Bro Dwight,
You used the word "read", and earlier stated it was a "group" of preachers so I assume this was a forum as opposed to a meeting, conference, or service?

WOW, since you made it plain it was all preachers, it's pretty obvious where.
It is unbelievable that after all the AFF protestations to the contrary that they don't allow ministers to be bashed that they would start a thread for the purpose of trashing a man of Kenneth Phillips character and ministry !!!!!!!!

Re: Apostolic or Not?
Brother,
I am sure they do not feel it is bashing yet I have to ponder.
It seems they feel he is not teaching the truth anymore. I will PM.

He believes in the power of influence! If what we believe is right, strong and powerful you have nothing to fear, but if by chance and God's grace, one of these so called heretics might enquire what is different?
WOW, might have a opportunity to share further truth. Or he could corner them while picking up their honoraium and give them a Ax'S 2:38 to death.
Easy to be an arm-chair quarterback from the bleacher section!

Re: Apostolic or Not?
Given the spiritual nature of preaching, and the power of influence, not to mention impartation, how can a man justify putting an unsaved man in the pulpit?
There are many ways to influence and be a witness without putting them in the pulpit.
