Neck, I have watched entire families and generations destroyed by drinking. comparing someone eating too much fried chicken to what alcahol has proven to do is silly.
,
A lot of mother's and father's die young from heart disease, and damaging other organs due to not eating healthy though Mark.

I don't understand the little dig here.

Probably be good if you didn't speak for 99% of the forum.

That's NOT what he was saying. It's the same ploy that conservatives use all the time, "If you don't believe THIS ONE THING, you must not believe anything".

No, it's better to tell them its a sin and then when they look in Scripture and see you were lying to them then they can discount everything else too.

Mark, some doctors prescribe wine for people to make them healthier. Not a bright idea for alcoholics though.

I would have to agree with you on that point,

Alcohol has the potential of wrecking so much havoc, not only in the drinker but in the family of that drinker as well.

Where as gluttony affects the individual the most, I am sure it affects the family too but in comparison to alcohol, there is no comparison.

And then of course liberals do not use ploys.

You are wrong. Go back and read my posts.

I do NOT condone smoking. I'm asking for consistency.
