I noticed them first when I was in Washington, DC. Every time I turned around I saw someone wearing one of them. I wasn't sure if it was a local brand or what, I sent my daughter a text and asked her if I had missed a trend, but she had never heard of them either. I chuckled when I saw this thread, I guess I'm not the only one who noticed!!
