Of course I can....you forget where I live. People say stuff like that all the time--and they mean to be rude.

Creamy Tacos

1 lb. hamburger
2 cans chili beans
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can Rotel
1 can chili
1/2 pt. whipping cream

Brown hamburger, drain, add chili, chili beans, Rotel and cheese. Cook on low-med heat for 30 minutes. Add whipping cream and cook for 40 minutes. Stir often to keep from sticking.

Serve over crunched Doritos

Re: Gabby's

Good morning everyone.

I have a busy day ahead of me. I started my day off by having to call ATT Repair service because my land line isn't working. Strangely enough, the DSL still works. I will have to sit and wait on the repairman to show up today-- and while waiting on him to get here, I have cookie and candy making to do.

I keep telling myself I'm going to finish my coffee and get started on that, but I'm thinking now that I'm going to go get a refill first......

I've also got to do some extra housecleaning-- since my mother in law called and told me that they will be here on Saturday and will attend church with us on Sunday.

My back is still really sore from the procedure I had done Friday. I have a hole a little larger than a nickel, and between 1/2 and 3/4 in. deep that is going to take a while to heal. At least the good news is that the doctor thinks he got all the precancer cells, and expects a clean report from the pathology lab this time. It would be nice if I could get the bandage to stay in place... but that only happens if I do nothing but sit in one place all day. I don't see that happening anytime soon.

What's on your agenda today?

Re: Gabby's

Tina, so glad to hear your good report!

My agenda is to sit at work and keep busy being here and listening to Mark's Christmas Concert for now and try to keep my nose and eyes from dripping. I've used a whole box of tissues already - - I look like Rudolph!

I'm supposed to start getting the house ready for our Christmas Eve get together with our kids tomorrow. We head out of town on Christmas morning. I just woke up, so I'm reading the news and doing breakfast and then I will get up and began my day - probably in another hour. I'm never in too big of a hurry! lol

My good friend as "re-painted" her living room - again! - and wants me to drop by and see it. We are always re-doing something. lol

We are grilling tomorrow and my daughter is mad that I'm not making roast, mashed potatoes, etc. My husband said, "NO, I don't want roast!"

So, I will make sure to grill some chicken breast and boil her a sweet potato. lol Picky eater!

Hope you have a
