Is that a chalk board in the background? I can see a silhouette in the background and an orangish blur...was this a digital cam or a film cam?

Some background about the picture.
It was in my Son's Colby First Grade Class, it was at Stockton Christian School.
The class was taught my a wonderful Christian Lady named Mary Byrd. Most if not all the children that circulated through her class received the Holy Ghost in the morning devotional time. The children would pray together, if it seemed the spirit was moving she would go with that. The # of children getting the Holy Ghost in her class over the 30 years she taught is countless.
So with the background, she called my wife who also was helping at the school in another grade. A picture was snapped while she was helping to pray for Colby.
It was a film picture and taken in the classroom.
I am not saying it is this or that, that is why I submitted it for approval. But allow me to play advocate for it being a glimpse into a spiritual phenomenon.
It was the exact moment he was receiving the spirit.
The light/exposure was in the form of flames
Why would a poor exposure shape itself in with those two exact hard to match coincidences? Something to consider.
