Re: 21st Century Plague: Domineering, Bossy Women

There are more men who have failed in their roles, however, this thread is about bossy women. This is what I have seen occur even in the ministry.

I've seen women who threaten to leave their husbands if they can't control everything including the church, the money, the kids, etc. and if they don;'t get their way they will leave and ruin his reputation so that man counts up the cost and decides to stay and let her run the show.

It's either that or ruin his ministry and reputation and some women can and will do it

Praise the Lord, Thank you Sis. Falla. Reminds me of the good old days. When I was seeking for the Holy Ghost it was the women that stayed at the alter way after midnight. The men were ready to go home at 9 or 10 o-clock. They could not leave while the women were working with sinners at the alter. That was one place I was glad they were domineering.

Were they domineering or persevering?

Both: But everyone rejoiced when the Holy Ghost come in and filled those that were seeking. Even the men stepped in to give a victory praise.

Yes, they were, Bro. Mark,

And they were my mentors, living examples for me to "read"!

So, Bro. Johnny and St. Mark are stating that women have always been "strong" through the years and this isn't something new.

What has made the difference in the attitudes? Could it be the way the men are now?

I've been told that the desire for women to dominate men can be traced back to a Jezebel spirit and wearing the color RED!

Thank you, Bro. Johnny,

Yes, and I can relate to those dear ladies that prayed with me but I
remember my precious father and mother, nearby, who had taken a week of his vacation so that we could attend a nightly revival at our hometown,
60 miles one way. He had fasted and prayed that week. It was the last night of the revival and God intervened and my brother just younger than I, and
I both received the Holy Ghost. Glad day!

Blessings,

Falla39
