Re: Does almost everyone do something for New Year
Nothing exciting here. My neighbor knew I have been sick and made us some cabbage and blackeyed peas. I had to spice them up a tad, being from La and all. 
Plus I fixed some ham and garlic biscuits to go with them.
Later I fixed individual sherbert punch. That is my SIL tradition every year she makes sherbert punch for new years. That green is pretty tasty. Hubby said it hit the spot for him.
