so i hear so much about the "emergent church", can someone explain it, and also i have heard about the rainbows isnt it a symbol for the homosexuals logo, courious

The "Emergent" church movement is http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Emergent_church

not to be confused with the similar sounding Emerging church movement.

btw, the rainbow slam is stupid. it also symbolizes peace with God from the flood story. theres nothing queer about it.

I don´t know what group had a youth conference...however I am grateful for all those that were blessed...

PRAX...many other district's have a Holiday Youth Convention instead of what we used to have (combined Western District) during Spring Break.

I didn't know that. Well I am glad it was good. Maybe I will go next year

If you take a look at what the word ORGANIC means...and see the three words below the title...it looks like the theme will be centered around getting ourselves right...living right, growing in the Lord, and showing others Christ...that it affects and becomes who we are as organisms.

Because the district board insisted they create platform guidelines.
