Pentecostal/Apostolic History

I've recently become keenly interested in the history of Pentecostalism and the Apostolic movement. For those of you who enjoy this sort of thing I'm soliciting your input as to your top five authors and/or books on the subject.

I'm also interested in church history in general so feel free to include your favorites in that vein as well.

The Winds of God by Ethel Goss is a history of the Pentecostal movement from, Topeka Kansas in 1901 until the formation of the Asssemblies of God in 1914.

The Phenomenon of Pentecost by Frank Ewart is good. it was written by a Oneness Pentecostal.

Christianity Without the Cross by Thomas Fudge is good. It tells about how the UPC has gone through some different phases doctrinally (specifically on the plan of salvation).

Do you have any suggestions regarding the holiness movement of the 1800's, Weslyanism, and the Keswick conferences? I'm interested in scholarly works like Fudge's as well as personal recounts.

Do you find David Reed's research and point of view to be objective and reliable?

There is a book called "Vision of the Disinherited" which deals somewhat with the holiness movement and pentecostalism. It's been a long time since I've read it and really don't remember much about it. He explains the split in the Assemblies of God between Oneness and Trinity as being based more on "control" than actually on doctrine but I don't remember who was trying to maintain control and of what. The memory isn't what it used to be.

I don't remember David Reed's writing.

I noticed that Bro. Marvin Arnold had a couple of books on there. Hasn't his book "Apostolic History Outline" been pretty well discredited among Oneness people? I seem to remember it being discussed on this or some other forum.
