Does God have another plan for the Jews?

I'm not sure what you mean.

It is my understanding that God has one plan of salvation per dispensation.
Since this is the dispensation of Grace or The Church Age, God has one plan of salvation for both Jew and Gentile. To me, that is what Romans 1:16 says.

From what I understand, John Hagee teaches that Jesus did not present Himself as Messiah to the first century Jews, therefore they did not reject Him, and they are still under the Old Covenant and are not required to accept the Gospel as preached under the New Covenant/Testament. I'm not sure how many others believe that way.

Some believe that after the church is raptured, there will be a large turning to God by Jewish people, that they will then be the "elect" spoken of in prophecy, that the nation will be born again (spiritually reborn), and that they will help Him rule on the earth in "the Kingdom." This would be a fulfillment of many Old Testament prophecies and the rule on earth would include animal sacrifices and feast days like Tabernacles, etc.

Others believe that all the prophecies of a kingdom of God on earth, a restoration of the Temple, and a ruler sitting on the throne of David in Jerusalem are fulfilled in the Church and will not be fulfilled literally.
