Some, Bishop Haywood for example and a former pastor of mine (F.E. Curts), taught that the Kingdom of Heaven and the Kingdom of God are different.
They basically taught that the Kingdom of God was the "real" church and the kingdom of heaven was the visible or professing church.
In my opinion, they are the same. Matthew almost always uses the term kingdom of heaven where other Gospels use the term kingdom of God. Matthew wrote his Gospel for the Jews and followed a Jewish custom and used the word heaven to refer to God.
