PO...... There's nothing better than shopping at Burlington and Hobby Lobby... I love both of them.... Burlington has some incredible deals on lots of things... Hit the clearance racks and WOW what a deal... And Hobby Lobby........ love that store..... Hobby Lobby decor is all over my home.... and I say most of it was half off! One of the things I like about them is that they have everything from country, to victorian..... Romantic to traditional....... Old World to Western...... I just love that place....... anyhow....... makes me wanna go shopping.....

Thanks, LC. I'm gonna check them out online. The nearest to us is in Monroe. That's a distance

Now Hobby Lobby - that's another story! LOVE the store!!!! Do you know that they play ONLY Christian music and are always closed on Sunday! Good for them!!

Yes... I can't tell ya how many times I've caught myself singing along.....OUTLOUD! I can spend hours in that store. I've gone home with so many great ideas just from walking around there. My boys hated it the first 4-5 years of their lives... (I drugged em there) Now they love it because they are into models and building things.... They are about the only place left that really has the kind of decor I like..........

and for those of you interested....... art.com has good prices on their prints.... if you can frame the art yourself, you can find just about every pic that has every been painted....

I'm not a knick knack person, but I do love their florals and gifts items.

I've only been to Burlington once. I remember spotting a shoe that I adored - of course if was an Anne Klein. They only had one of that shoe and not in my size. That's my memory of Burlington. LOL!

I also remember my husband was with me, which meant that I could look around for 10 minutes - max! LOL!

Re: Ladies, I need your ideas

Target has curtains that are reasonable priced as well, I got our bedroom curtains there. Ross is a great place!

I personally would go with a neutral color in the living room, especially if you plan on buying new furniture later and don't want to repaint again. We have a tan carpet throughout our house and the living room furniture is a sage green, so we painted our walls a rich brown, I wish I could remember the name of it. Anyway, with this combination of color, it allows us in incorporate other colors very easily.
