Lol, when my middle son was about 6, he got mad at my wife and decided to run away from home.

So, he took some food, a blanket, and his pillow, and moved out on to the front porch!

She stepped outside, and told him, "If you're running away, you can't take the food, blanket or pillows, they are ours!"

Well, he's 18 and still living at home, so I guess things worked out, lol.

When Justin was about 4 he was angry at me and said he was running away from home. He took his little bag, filled it up and walked next door to my best friend's house. Terry asked me where he was going and he told her was running away and wanted to stay at her house. She agreed to let him. When I went over later to get him I asked him why he went to Terry's since he had to know I would find him there. He told me he had to go there because I wouldn't let him cross the street.

Oakdale, to be exact - looks like its pretty close to Merced, Stockton, and Modesto.
