And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved" (Acts 2:46-47), "And by the hands of the apostles were many signs and wonders wrought among the people; (and they were all with one accord in Solomon's porch)" (Acts 5:12) and "Fulfil ye my joy, that ye be likeminded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind" (Philippians 2:2)?

The accord they dwelled in was birthed by the Holy Ghost, not from organizational legislation. There is a huge difference between the two.
