I was only going on the news story and know nothing about them apart from that.

But it is also irrelevant. I have a 13 year old son and if his mother suddenly joined the church of Scientology and told me he was now going to start going to a Scientology-run school, I would ask a judge to step in as well (assuming she didn't do it willingly).
