This was sent to me via email. It appears the Democrats really blew this one, especially Barney Franks.

This video shows that George Bush tried to warn Congress in 2001 & '03 that this economic
crisis was coming, if something was not done. But congress refused to listen, along with Barney Franks.
This video says it all.

I also want you to note that the liberal AMERICAN media did not want this video on You Tube, so they
had Time Warner threaten a law suit (proprietary rights) if it was not taken off.

I know this was before 9/11. Barney is big trouble. he is incharge of the oversite committee for fannie and freddie. I suspect very few are acurately familiar with Sarbanes oxley. It is a regulatory set of financial accounting standards and get this. Baerney and the Fannie freddie leaders have succeeded in keeping fred and fannie from falling under required compliance with sOX.

Bill O'Reilly exposed barney and they had a loud argument on a video long ago.

If Section 302 certifications are not included in, for example, a Form 10-K or 10-Q filing, and an amendment will be filed to include the certifications, must the entire document be re-filed or can the amendment include only the signature pages? Have you executed 10_Q filings? Why don't we have section 16 filings on AIG for last week?

Before our company was bought out I was a part of filing 10-K and 10-Q's, however that was before SOX.
