Its not a bad idea to take some general college classes as well, but I would also like to bring to the front that college is just as much about personal development and maturity as it is about scholastics. I wouldnt rush through college or high school if I were her.
I was bored as a child in school as well, graduated valedictorian with almost no effort it seems, but I wouldnt give up the "education" I recieved about life in college for the world. I could have zoomed through, but I would have missed so much.
But go ahead and be super proud of your child....that is awesome!

I live in a college town, so any jobs to be had will be filled by them, I'm sure. It's not a very large town either, only about 25,000 people. But thanks for that advice. We might use that in the future.
As for rushing, that's not what she's wanting to do, it's just that she has such a zeal for learning that if school was 12 hours a day, she'd LOVE it! She doesn't even like that she has to take summers off from school! She has so many books that I have to get her another bookcase. She is reading when she isn't doing homework and rarely watches TV. She is also self-disciplined (although that might change as soon as she gets home because she failed to take the garbage to the curb before school!) and I've rarely had to ever punish her more than a scolding.
My son, on the other hand.......LOL!
