Well, the one I have is a replica.
It is in a hardback cover which reads
The
Holy
Bible
1611 EDITION
King James Version
So it has a "J" on the cover.
Inside it says it is a word-for-word reprint of the
First Edition of the Authorized Version
presented in roman letters
for easy reading and
comparison with subsequent editions.
It is
by Thomas Nelson Publishers
Inside it starts out with:
TO THE MOST
HIGH AND MIGHTIE
Prince, IAMES by the grace of God
King of Great Britaine, France and Ireland,
Defender of the Faith, &c.
THE TRANSLATORS OF THE BIBLE,
with Grace, Mercie, and Peace,
through IESVS CHRIST our LORD.
