Secondly in answer to those who say it is/was all about politics, I completely disagree! Having a very clear understanding of its structure such an accusation is unwarranted. From the choosing of the chairman (with exception of the initial chairman limited to 2 years)to the term limits, to the replacement process, all are by "lot" which eliminates politicking IMHO. Just doesn't sound like something power hungry people would set up.

As I said last year, the WPF does have some innovative and, I thought, very welcome changes their offering. Their statement on Oneness was a breath of fresh air.
But from what I know of some of the players personally I have been disappointed in their whole approach to breaking off and setting up their new gig. They have some things that would seem like there's a more open field, so to speak, politically. But it won't really have an effect for a generation or so - if it does have any effect at all.
I'm confused about the names of some of the committee members who appear as members of both org. Maybe the lists are not up to date? Maybe some "accommodations" have been made in some districts?
