Corporatism? We have laws that allow us to set up various types of corporations, partnerships and sole proprietorships. we have a choice on how to set up entities and register them with our Secretaries of state. Some are from ownership preferences or tax preferences or a corporate veil for legal liability. We really have to avoid youtube for legal advice.
