Pel, I do see a string around her back that could represent a bikini top, but she still looks naked in the drawing, especially when it's NOT blown up, and regardless, it's inappropriate for a Christian forum. JMO, of course. If that IS a bikini top, the design is rather...unfortunate. It does NOT look like a top.

First, if someone said she was nude because they thought she was nude, that isn't a lie. 
Secondly, many people call scantily clad "nude." (meaning a person is immodestly exposed)
Thirdly, do you really think that cartoon is appropriate?

Wouldn't it have been easier to just take a self imposed vacation? Some of the fights you have picked are worth fighting but this is foolishness.

It's debatable whether she has a "top" on or not even if you want to call the top a pasty. A string tied around her back means nothing if it is attached to nothing.
