decaf that brings real-deal flavor is an excellent alternative to give your natural malatonin(?) a fighting chance!

yeah right....

nature was sitting around one day and said to itself....
I will grow a VERY BITTER bean that when people make a brew with it...they should dump copious amounts of sweetner into it.

No, nature is not that confused.
"If you don't like bitter, don't drink coffee" ...nature's spokesperson

We (mid-Atlantic regionn) have the whole Maorga (sp?) thing (no bad treatment of anything; peoples, rainforrests, etc).

The Columbian decaf (water processed) is one of the few decafs to deliver real coffee flavor --that I have come across for under $10/lb.
Blue Mountain coffee is a coffee that is grown in one very small region (on Blue Mountain) in Jamaica. I drink a blend that is made from beans grown in the Caribbean at the same altitude as the Blue Mountain beans.

A non-blended Blue Mountain will cost as much as $50 per pound.

This is a top notch high quality coffee and the blend I drink (made by Magnum Company) is outstanding as well.

I just finished a pound of Ethiopian Yergacheffe that was also just off the hook fantastic.

Re: Why aren't we dealing with the "FAT" factor?

This thread is about to make me yank that Nature Valley 100% natural oat and honey granola bar out of my desk and devour it, I may have to wash it down with a diet coke...

Yergacheffe= Good, Ethiopian Harrar is good too. I bought 1/4 lb of blue mtn back when in Jan. It was good.

I find regular coffee like folgers or chock full to be vile.

LOL! its a worthy point... but I use a scant teaspoon for a cup of coffee... not exactly "copious" but it isnt a triple carmal frapachino that some folk drink and call coffee....
