Re: If I wasn't apostolic...
For our "Others" please just post and explain the other option- however, non-Christian groups are purposely not included in the other, with the exception of discouraged/atheist/agnostic...

Re: If I wasn't apostolic...
I chose, "Trinitarian Pentecostal/Charismatic."
Honestly, if I wasn't so deeply convicted of the thruth of water baptism in Jesus Name, I'd probably already be in one of those churches.
But Truth triumphs all the stuff that would allow me to attend those churches without some personal conflict.

Re: If I wasn't apostolic...
I'd probably gravitate toward something that emphasizes free will, and doesn't remove responsibility for sin from the person, except through repentance.
Methodist/Wesleyan/Lutheran would be my leaning.

Re: If I wasn't apostolic...
I guess I would just have to be a sinner that is not saved by grace.

Re: If I wasn't apostolic...
I was raised trinitarian pentecostal. Jesus name baptism divides me from my natural family.

Why would that divide you? Do you mean they actually have a problem with baptizing in the name of Jesus? (Remember, I was NOT raised UPC and all this stuff is foreign to me.)
I can see you feeling they are wrong, because God is one, but I wouldn't think you would divide yourself from them. Most people that consider themselves trinitarians do not really believe there are 3 separate gods up there, so I didn't know they would think it bad to use the name of Jesus when baptizing people, at least not so that it causes a division in a family. Hmmmm, interesting.
Sorry, don't want to hijack the thread.

Re: If I wasn't apostolic...
I like some of the Reformed theology, I visit a Lutheran church when I don't attend my own, I still am in many ways what my roots shaped me to be - Mennonite/Anabaptist. I enjoy what some would call Charismatic worship services (but absolutely no name-it-claim-it)
How should I vote??
