I would be surprised if Jeremy Foster went to a PCI church. I realize he has a heart for evangelism but when I visited West Monroe's youth service, slamplanet , they mentioned water baptism. They didn't specifically mention
Acts 2:38 but it seemed like water baptism was important to them. It was at that moment that I realized I hadn't heard anyone mention water baptism like that at my own UPC church in years.
The church in West Monroe is a good church that is fairly moderate.
