Epley starts out by suggesting every scripture indicates everyone was baptized in Jesus name. Now if you read his recent post, he backtracks and says a pattern suggestthe pattern is clear. In reality, in a few situations, we have to assume that is the case.
I agree with the assumptions that the examples I mentioned were baptized in Jesus name. I will not misrepresent scripture by saying that scripture says everyone was baptized in Jesus name. Pardon me for being too honest in religion. I refuse to manipulate words to suggest the Bible says something it doesn't.
There are other ways to prove the need for baptism other than suggesting the Bible says EVERYONE was baptized in Jesus name, when it doesn't say so.
