You people want an uneven playing field. Democrats can do anything they want but Republicans have to live by the moral standard of a cloistered nun!
THAT IS JUST PELOSI! (read my thread on my new cuss word).
The FACT is that the republicans in South Carolina dont have a roll to play in this. Sanford lives and dies by his own deeds. if he is guilty of a crime then the AG of the state needs to file charges. If the AG doesnt file charges then everyone needs to shove something in their pie hole and stop acting like every repbulcan in the country shelped an hispanic woman.
I am about sick of this double standard. You and the libs dont get to be the moral po-po when it comes to what Republicans do or dont do.
we will handle our own affairs ourselves.
thank you
the non-management.

I disagree. The Republican party of SC definitely has a vested interest politically in what one of their members is doing. It will affect their fundraising efforts and their credability to all of the "family values" folks who are sold on the Repubs.
There is a double standard because the Repubs have sold themselves as moral, upright, and family values folks. Afterall, that's what most Republicans vote for right?
Dems and Indepedents don't vote on values issues as the main cog in the platform.
The double standard is exactly what the Republican party has developed for their benefit right?
