I don't know. I used to be a good parent, but Jeffrey has me wrapped around his little finger. I'm like putty in his hands, and when he yells, I have the impulse to laugh, or if he gets mad and hits the girls, I say stupid things like, "What did you do to him?????!!!" before I come to my senses and correct him for being violent.
And just in case you think I'm the only one...Jeffrey walked in front of a moving TRACTOR, after being told to stay away, and so I INSISTED that he should get a spanking for that. Well, he came out of the back bathroom from having a visit with his Daddy, and looked suspiciously unmoved. I looked at Jeff, and said, "Did you spank him??!" He looked VERY guilty, and said, "No--I couldn't--but I did have a talk with him."
Wow. LOL!!!!! We are terrible. I hope our kids don't grow up to be horrid criminals.
