Keeping in Step with the Spirit.....

I am not posting this thread for it to become a bashing thread because of the minister bringing the message not being an apostolic minister.

I am not posting this thread for it to become a battleground for those who disagree with what he is saying in the message.

I am not posting this thread for some know it all posters to take it over with their own personal agenda.

That being said----

I am posting this thread to share something that I picked up a few nuggets from-- and after listening to the series of this message-- I am encouraged, and hope someone else would be if they choose to listen.

Go to www.oneplace.com

Click on ALL MINISTRIES.

Click on ENDURING TRUTH.

Then go into the show archives.

On page THREE of the show archives-- there are 8 parts of a message titled
Keeping In Step With the Spirit. Each segment is about 22 minutes long-- but well worth listening to.

Re: Keeping in Step with the Spirit.....

Thanks, I'll check them out.

If your interested there is a really good series by Skip Heitzig called "The Bible from 30,000 feet". http://www.biblefrom30k.org/flightlogbook.asp Skip goes through the entire bible as an overview of each book. In a couple of weeks he is going to go through the bible in expository form (verse by verse) on Wednesday nights. Here's his the website of his church: http://www.calvaryabq.org/ They archive all of their services. I guess you could categorize him as a charismatic evangelical.

I have never been one that thinks we have all the answers and no one else hears from God.

Me either, but from reading posts on AFF-- there are those who think that.

Did you listen to any of the series yet? It is very good.

Since I'm at home tonight with fever/ear infection... (and praying that I didn't pick up the flu or swine flu while in the clinic this evening--- They were handing out masks at the door. ) I'm going to listen to some of the stuff on the link mizpeh shared.

I hate having to miss church.

That will be okay too.

I'm listening to his study on Galatians tonight... He is bringing out some good points.

Not yet. I have out of town company coming tomorrow for several days and I am trying to baby proof the house before they get here.
