Don't fret over the commute time, Bro Ron....look at it this way...use the time toward Drivetime University (University on Wheels), listen to audio christian books, audio bible, audio preachings during your drive...

Perhaps the Lords wants to give you more time to intercede in prayer as you drive...

Sadly, that can be true.

Perhaps so. Those are good suggestions.
If anything, maybe God just wants to work on my patience!

Where does loyalty play a role in our employment decisions? I am not saying that we MUST always place loyalty to our present employment first--but it should play a role.

Did they train you? Get you this far? Would they possibly be raising your pay within the next six months to match? Is it possible that you could go to a superior and explain your position and needs?

Money alone is not the only consideration.

Your wife, your kids, your proximity to home in case of emergency, you walk with God, and your Christian ethics are major parts of every decision.

In the end, though, this decision is between you, your wife, and your God--not the ramblings of those of us who have our opinions with no stake in the process.

God's blessings to you, my friend.

BP
