Are we your Bretheren??????
Coop,

I only have one question for you.

Why do you seem to be obsessed with a need to be accepted as bretheren by people you so vehemently disagree with?

He does not want acceptance. He wants to bring us down to where he is, and is using this to try and do this.

Russ Taff is singing that we need to stop being divided against one another, that we are all walking the same road. I beg to differ.
For us to be walking the same road, we would all believe the same basic things doctrinally since that is the path upon which we tread. We do not.

I do not walk the same road as a trinitarian. They believe that God is three persons. I do not.

Many here do not believe in separation from the world. I do.

Some churches teach that as long as you have received partial salvation, if you die before receiving all of it then you are okay. To that I say: BALONEY!!!

We cannot come together for this reason: Jesus said that He came not to bring peace, but a sword that would divide.
This doctrine has always divided. It divides between the saved and the lost. It can never find the unity with belial, though some have tried to inject their worldly ways into it to blur lines of consecration. This has brought the division into UPC and other orgs, not those who want to continue to walk in holiness. It is the liberal bent to continue to disrupt those things which require that they give up their worldliness. In doing so, they will then be able to answer the call of ecumenism and become just like the rest of the so-called church world.
I refuse. I will continue to follow God.

I personally am NOT obsessed with a NEED to be accepted......

I was a Brother in Christ Jesus, while in the UPCI......

But now that I am not UPCI.....It would be very Christlike to still accept me

as a brother. I never ceased to be a brother in Jesus.

A sinner has more love and acceptance than an Ex-UPCI....

it should not be this way......it's not the love of Jesus.

I am still Your brother by the blood of Jesus.

Move on, Coop...

You're still holding to the pain of rejection.

You are tied to them as long as you continue to let this fester in you.

Pray for them bro... and pray for help in letting go, bro.

How about some compassion, Bill?

Were you never in a place that you needed it?
