My daughter reminded me in the store the other day that I had promised that we'd make a gingerbread house again this year. So, there's probably one in my near future, too.

In the Supermarkets you can find them where the check out candy is.
Other than that I believe the Crackerbarrel Restaurants sell them in rolls
of individual flavors.
