I always have these at work... I eat most of my meals at work, always breakfast and lunch... sometimes even dinner.
I love Ezekiel bread, a lot of people think it is dry, but I really like it.

I love Ezekiel bread!! I especially like the sprouted! I'm eating almonds and raisins for lunch.

A few years ago I discovered Ezekiel bread at the health store. I was following a low carb diet at the time. I still buy it on occassion. Now it's in the frozen section at Krogers too.
It's high fiber AND low carb. A perfect match.
