his adopted brother Richard pastored Moline/Silvis church after his fatherinlaw WC Mitchel became ill.
Wayne's dad was Louis Mitchell, could that have been the L Mitchell you knew Sam.
Sam Latta was a cousin to Wayne M, so they did manage to keep the church in "the family" quite a while
Gary Randol pastors there today and they just built a new 5 to 6 million dollar building.
