Please explain?

I think that is standard PAW teaching.
Women can be called missionaries but not elders, bishops or pastors.
I don't know if it is standard PAW teaching but the local PAW church in this city was pastored by by a PAW bishop (now deceased) and he taught that a single man could not pastor. A pastor had to be married so he could fulfill the requirement to be the pastor of one wife.

Women ministers (operation of gifts, exhortation, etc)- yes. Women as elders, Bishops or otherwise leaders over the church - no.

I was raised in the WOTCCC.
Women cna not be Pastors, single men, can not be Pastors-- the standards for the offices of a church are clearly established.
Why would there be any questioning of the Bible on something so blatantly clear?
Women Pastors are in disobedience to the Bible.

But even Apostle Paul was a single man.

Strange how we judge by what we think...

Or worse, by how we "feel".

But what if there are no married men to pastor? Should a church then be without a pastor, if there is a woman or single man available?

The loophole would be to simply not call him pastor. Instead of voting in a "pastor" vote in a "president" or the grand high exalted mystic chairman or chairwoman.
