Have you noticed how those pants that rest on the hips bones tend to make skin hang over the top unless you are skin and bones. I have seen girls who are a nice size have a roll above the top. Those are the style, and that’s what’s most important to the youth, but they are not flattering. Lord please allow that style to lose it’s appeal very soon.
Here's the deal if one is walking in The Holy Ghost ,and is seeking The Lord in relationship then their outward behavior will reflect this.

My pastors tell us to wear modest clothing. They just don't have a laundry list of what their definition of it is and then force everyone to conform to that.
