Right. I voted for them because I, initially, liked Sarah and, of course, didn't want Obama to win. Actually, I believe McCain has an 85-88% conservative voting record. That might be good enough for her. I'd have to hear her explanation.
But, I'm with the callers on Obama - Resign!!!
McCain will not win over Obama, IMO, even if Obama continues on his route of zero-actual-change-is-comin'!
And I thought she had all kinds of conflict with the McCain camp?

The republicans have 1 more chance in 2010. if they don't go in and cut spending massively, they are done.
I was encouraged that we would make a good showing and make a difference this November until I saw McCain stumping for Evan Bayh in Indiana. McCain is publicly saying that he is against Mike Pence running against him and Mike Pence has an excellent conservative record - no flip-flops. So, now I don't know how it will go. I'm very disappointed.
If McCain steps in the way of Mike getting that seat, he is in effect saying - I don't want him running for President. That was a bold move, IMO. That's establishment stuff right there. I am very disappointed!

McCain represents the Bob Dole establisment wing of the party that has been soundly rejected. That is the thing that will end the republican party.
McCain has a fight on his hands in AZ. the conservatives accross the country are up in arms. done be suprised if we have a "retirement" there.

Agreed! I'm very disappointed that Sarah Palin would campaign for John McCain. She is not going "rouge" on that choice. Facebook is lit up with indignation!
I haven't heard her comments as to the reason why she would choose to support him and maybe she feels she has good reason. But, it's not looking good for the party, IMO.
Really? Why would anyone wonder or be upset with her campaigning for McCain. He's the one who is responsible for her being where she is today. Had McCain not taken a chance and selected her as VP, she's still be Gov sitting up in Alaska instead of jet-setting around the world and being a paid FoxNews contributor.
Simply put, Sarah Palin owes McCain. Big time.
About the McCain campaign. Not a McCain fan, but JD's kind of out there IMO. More than likely I'll not vote for either one. It depends a lot on both of their campaigns. JD has to do more than just be against McCain and BHO. I want to know what he wants to do to help the economy, etc. I'm not interested in his views of BHO's birth record or such. It will be difficult to beat McCain already, but it will be impossible if JD doesn't give a reason to vote for him over McCain.

I heard that Hayworth has a good showing, but now they are pushing the "birther" tag on him. Don't know how that will go as of yet. Could be the MSM doing the pushing. I just got some bits and pieces on the info.

Being in AZ, McCain is still popular. He won't retire. JD has a tough sell to win the election against McCain.
I used to listen to JD on his local show, but turned him off several months ago. He's got to do more than just be against McCain and against BHO, etc. He needs to give more of a reason I, as an indie voter, should vote for him.
