Simply put, Sarah Palin owes McCain. Big time.
About the McCain campaign. Not a big McCain fan, but JD's kind of out there IMO. More than likely I'll not vote for either one. It depends a lot on both of their campaigns. JD has to do more than just be against McCain and BHO. I want to know what he wants to do to help the economy, etc. I'm not interested in his views of BHO's birth record or such. It will be difficult to beat McCain already, but it will be impossible if JD doesn't give a reason to vote for him over McCain.

No, David. He owes her "big time". He wouldn't have gotten as far as he did in the campaign without her.
I can understand her loyalty, but issues are issues and rogue is rouge. Let's do rouge.
I don't know much about JD. I listened to a clip last night, but one isn't going to give me a good assessment. I'll have to check more into this guy. On the "birther" issue, Helen Thomas was questioning it also, so......I'm just wondering why Helen was concerned.

Surely ye jest. She was a nobody before he selected her. He already had the Republican nomination. He didn't need her for that, it was done already.
IMO he lost a lot of indie votes because of Palin. She was a political nobody, a novice.
I know where your bias is, but come on. Be honest. She would still be in the sticks if it weren't for John McCain.
And for that, I'll blame him and hold it against him forever!

What difference would it make if she was in the sticks or not? He wouldn't have gotten a mile down the road without her and you know it. She "energized" the base. That is McCain's own words.

Well, I'm not ready for that yet. I support her having a voice by writing a book and appearing on Fox, but I'm not ready to say she is Presidental material.
